With 15 years of experience in import/export operations across the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and the United States, we understand cross-border trade, compliance, and U.S. ground logistics at an operational level. Our expertise covers fresh produce, packing materials, machinery, procurement systems, field operations, and technology rollouts.

We do not deliver theoretical strategies. We implement operating models, build KPIs, manage vendors, structure procurement, lead projects, and ensure that logistics flows are reliable and compliant.
